Grainy Tallow? Little Beads in my Tallow?

Tallow is heat sensitive, which means its consistency changes based on the temperature. When the temperature changes in whatever room we keep our jar of tallow, it can change the texture or consistency of that tallow. A colder room can make the tallow firmer and a warmer room can make it softer. Regardless of the texture, all will rub into skin and melt in leaving skin nourished!
Now, when we have changes in temperature affecting the jar, like going from warm to cold, then back again, it can cause a grainy texture or even little beads that are harder than the rest. This is because tallow is high in stearic acid. The best part, is that it doesn't change the tallows ability to nourish our skin!
Personally, if I get a little bead I use it on my hands and it rubs in wonderfully.
